Returns & Exchanges

At Mohawk General Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns for refund or exchange on most full-price items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and accessories are included and in unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix your shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your preferred carrier; we recommend using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost packages.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
